We find that the earlier we become involved in the development/management of a property the better this is for all parties involved, including the developer, the leaseholders and ourselves as the managing agent.
We can provide our insight into what is required at a property in order to ensure compliance and then provide details of how to set out a lease to ensure that we can manage the property to the best of our abilities. We can then provide a draft budget for developers to use at the time of marketing the leasehold properties for sale. This enables us to get a good working relationship with all parties from the outset and the new owners know exactly what to expect from living in a leasehold property with a service charge that they are responsible for paying.
